Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SubhInvite collects, why, and how it is protected. SubhInvite is run by Ritesh Singh, who is responsible for your data. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

1. Information we collect

• Invitation details you enter: names, family names, event dates and times, venue, city, messages and photos.
• Your contact details: name, email address and phone number, so we can deliver your invitation and help you.
• Guest lists you add: guests' names, phone numbers and email addresses, used only so that you can send them the invitation.
• RSVP replies from your guests, such as whether they will attend and how many people are coming.
• Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and a transaction reference, never your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical information: basic logs such as browser type and IP address, used for security and to keep the site working.

2. How we use it

• To create, host and deliver your invitation and RSVP list.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing messages to your guests.

3. Who we share it with

• Your guests see the invitation details you choose to publish.
• Razorpay processes payments.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores invitation data and photos.
• WhatsApp and email providers: when you send an invitation from SubhInvite, the message opens in your own WhatsApp or email app and is sent by you.
• Authorities, only when required by law.

4. Information stored on your device

The Design Studio saves your draft, language choice and guest list in your own browser (local storage) so you do not lose work. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Invitation details, photos, guest lists and RSVP replies are kept until 6 months after your event date and then deleted. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.

6. Security

All pages are served over HTTPS. Access to stored data is limited to what is needed to run the service.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@subhinvite.in. A guest who wants their details removed from an invitation can write to the same address. We reply within 7 working days.

8. Grievance officer

Ritesh Singh, support@subhinvite.in, +91 78145 75717. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
