These terms apply when you use subhinvite.in or any invitation page on a subhinvite.in address. SubhInvite is run by Ritesh Singh as a sole proprietor. By creating an invitation or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. What SubhInvite provides

SubhInvite is an online service for designing digital invitations for weddings, engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, griha pravesh, baby showers, naming ceremonies, parties and similar events. You choose a template, add your details and photos, and after payment you get a web link and image of your invitation to share with your guests. We do not print or ship physical cards.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law. If you create an invitation on behalf of someone else, you confirm that they have agreed to it.

3. Your content

• You are responsible for everything you add to an invitation: names, photos, text, dates, venue details and guest lists.
• You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload and that the people shown have agreed.
• You must not use SubhInvite for anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, obscene or harmful, or to send spam. We may remove such content and close the invitation without refund.
• You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store and display it only to host and deliver your invitation.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the website in Indian Rupees and are charged once per invitation. Current plans are Saral (₹999), Utsav (₹1,999) and Shahi (₹2,999).
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects an invitation you have already paid for.

5. How long your invitation stays live

Your invitation link stays live until 6 months after the event date you entered. You can edit details as often as you like until the event, and the link stays the same.

6. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Our content

The SubhInvite name, website, templates, designs and code belong to SubhInvite. You may share your own invitation freely, but you may not copy, resell or reuse our templates or code.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If a fault on our side stops your invitation from working, we will fix it as quickly as we can or refund you as set out in the refund policy.

9. Limitation of liability

SubhInvite is not responsible for wrong details entered by you, for messages your guests do not receive because of their phone, email or app settings, or for losses that are not a direct result of our service. Our total liability for any invitation is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you paid applies to that invitation.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly by email or WhatsApp.
